Este es un contrato de arrendamiento. Arrendamiento del 1 de abril al 31 de octubre con la opción de renovación.

TASA DE SOLICITUD:
$20 por arrendatario y garante.
DEPÓSITO DE SEGURIDAD:
Igual a un mes de alquiler a menos que se indique lo contrario en el contrato.
COSTOS DE TARJETAS DE CRÉDITO Y DÉBITO (para BILT):
Tarjetas de crédito 3% y débito $9.95 por transacción.
COSTOS DE TARJETAS DE CRÉDITO Y DÉBITO (para ClickPay):
Tarjetas de crédito 2.95% ($15 para VISA) y débito $9.95 por transacción (tarifa por transacción extranjera: se aplica una tarifa adicional del 1.00% al usar una tarjeta de crédito internacional).
UTILIDADES:
Costos de cable, internet, teléfono y electricidad: Basado en el uso.
DEPÓSITO DE SEGURIDAD ADICIONAL Y AUMENTO DE ALQUILER:
Según lo requiera el contrato y lo permitido por la ley aplicable.
SEGURO DE INQUILINOS:
Política requerida (puede obtenerla a través de su proveedor preferido).
LOS GARANTES O RHINO:
Opcional, si utiliza estos servicios, se aplicarán sus tarifas correspondientes.
CARGOS POR RETRASO:
5% o $50 por instancia, lo que sea menor.
CARGO POR FONDOS INSUFICIENTES:
$50 por instancia.
CARGO POR REEMPLAZO DE LLAVE:
$20
CARGO POR REEMPLAZO DE Llave FOB:
$20
CARGO POR REEMPLAZO DE CILINDRO / CERRADURA:
$150
CARGOS POR DAÑOS:
Facturados al costo por daños más allá del desgaste normal.
COSTOS LEGALES:
Facturados al costo, según lo permitido por la ley.
CABLE / INTERNET / TELÉFONO:
Opcional - proporcionado por proveedores independientes. Para electricidad hay 3 posibilidades dependiendo de la propiedad: 1) Sin tarifa, 2) Cargo por electricidad de proveedor independiente, basado en el uso, 3) Cargo por electricidad del arrendador, basado en el uso.
CARGOS POR EVENTOS EN SALA / SALÓN:
Según lo facturado por hora, opcional - si está disponible.
CARGO POR ALMACENAMIENTO DE BICICLETAS:
Opcional $25 por mes, por bicicleta.

NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS FEE:
$50 per instance.

KEY CYLINDER / LOCK REPLACEMENT FEE:

DAMAGE FEES:
Billed at cost for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
LEGAL FEES:
Billed at cost, as permitted by law.
CABLE / INTERNET / PHONE:
Optional - supplied by independent providers. For electricity there are 3 possibilities depending on the property: 1) No fee, 2) Electricity charge from independent provider, based on usage, 3) Electricity charge from landlord, based on usage.
LOUNGE / PARTY ROOM EVENT FEES:
As billed by the hour, optional - if available
BICYCLE STORAGE FEE:
Optional $25 per month, per bike.
