Ok, ok, sé que muchos anuncios dicen "único en su tipo", pero en este caso es realmente cierto. ¿Cuántos apartamentos en Manhattan tienen vigas expuestas? ¿Cuántos tienen ventanas orientadas al sur que ya están adornadas con jardineras? Así es: puedes hacer que este edificio parezca que fue transplantado de Colmar, Francia (búscalo) si decides plantar algunas flores en tu jardinera. O puedes plantar albahaca y yo vendré a hacerte pesto.

¿Dijiste que tienes un perro? ¡Nos encantan los perros en este edificio! Idealmente, nos gustaría tener más perros que personas viviendo aquí, porque los perros son mejores que las personas, pero aceptaremos una población igual de cada uno. Los gatos también son geniales, si eso es lo tuyo.

Oh, y por cierto, ¿esa lavandería en la unidad por la que has estado rezando? La tenemos (las fotos fueron tomadas antes de que se instalara la lavandería, pero créeme, está allí).

Sabemos que quieres vivir en West Village, pero ¿qué tal vivir a 4 calles de distancia en un apartamento que probablemente costaría casi el doble si estuviera allí? Puedes recorrer las 4 calles... sabes que puedes.

Te diría más, pero prefiero que vengas a verlo en persona. ¡Así que hazlo!

One-of-a-kind 2-bedroom in a newly gut-renovated Chelsea townhouse!

Ok ok, I know tons of listings say "one-of-a-kind," but in this case it's actually true. How many Manhattan apartments have exposed rafters? How many have south-facing windows that are already garnished with window boxes? That's right: you can make this building look like it was transplanted from Colmar, France (look it up) if you decide to plant some flowers in your window box. Or you can plant some basil and I'll come make you pesto.

Did you say you have a dog? We love dogs in this building! Ideally, we'd like to have more dogs than people living here, because dogs are better than people, but we'll settle for an equal population of each. Cats are cool too, if that's your thing.

Oh and by the way, that in-unit laundry you've been praying for? We got it (pictures were taken before laundry was installed, but trust me - it's there).

We know you want to live in the West Village, but how about living 4 blocks away in an apartment that would probably be close to double the price if it were there? You can travel the 4 blocks...you know you can.
