The building is located just East of Morningside Park and a half a block from Central Park and boasts a full-time doorman, roof deck and workout room. There is a convenience store in the building as well as multiple cafes and supermarkets in the vicinity. The B and C subway trains at 110th Street are a half block away and there are five buses including the M4 with goes up to Broadway past Columbia University to the Cloisters in Northern Manhattan, the M3 and M4 both go down Fifth Avenue past all the museums to Penn Station and the M116 goes Costco on the East River and 117th. The M7 comes up Sixth Avenue in the Village via the Upper West Side and stops right outside the building.
