We have a farm, one with 6 barns, part of the largest tract in the area, for sale. You can buy what you want here, up to 25 acres. Mostly Burdette and Nunda soils. The fields have southern exposure with excellent views. At the southern end, there is 450' frontage on Fox Creek (only 3/10 acre is in the 100 year flood zone, no Wetlands).
